    Dogs definitely have skin that ranges from paper thin to thick as a rhino hide, iv saw it even between litter mates, had a mile brown whippet at mine for a season an half when between lurchers a good few years ago an she was ace, took everything an had decent skin, but still looks battle hard an only ever met fox a couple a time

    Only got to look at the state of most the dogs posted on here an elsewhere to see most folk couldn’t condition there hair with a big bottle a timotei never mind a dog

    Iv saw a good few dogs pick an choose runs over the years an all bar an odd couple where down tk fitness I belive, could see folk blatantly slipping a blown dog at more bunnies, sad fact of the matter is very few folk know how to get a dog fit imho

    I’m the same pal, rat, rabbit an even squirrel an mole jobs an i like to have the dog with me, beats it bein sat in kennel

    Makes the job much more bearable with a terrier in motor with you I find. After losing me lads Plummer an my kelpie cross I was driving about bored out me nut, ended up with a young Russell dog here now that comes with me, he a mental case tho haha never a dull moment, but it beats driving about on me own haha
