He was our footy coach at school haha was amazing some the breeds I saw tagging along on a hunt as a wean, boxer, chow chow, mastiff, everybody would come for a nosey an see what was happening haha

We climbed that huge wall to check it, passed dog over, dog marked an we let it in, then phoned big k, got him to phone the caretaker to come an open the gates for us, k ended up driving down with his lad, by time we ended there was about 7 folk watching us haha haha was a cracking day

Where we grew up in Glasgow you could get 5/6/7 foxes a day in city. Was far more fruitful than going out tk the sticks haha digging under sheds am in compost heaps an canal banks, even dug one once with couple old members off here in Perthshire footy club stadium, right behind the dugout haha tbh tho it was hard graft, put all day on foot patrol, some days you’d check every earth for miles an not even get a sniff, was brutal an I couldnt handle it some times, down here in Yorkshire tho they generally get left for hunt if it’s hunt country or the rifle men go nuts if they got the land instead

Mate o had a wee lakie bitch here, red one that would anywhere for a fox but stayed shy of them stinky ones, I was a bit gutted at first but realised she was worth her weight on gold, could even be called out of spots if you kept calling her haha my son used her for ferreting aswell but never once did she try an push on to rabbits, she was a clever wee tyke an not your usual Bayer either, real hard mixer but could be used often, I’d have another like her now if I could just for days out with local packs
