try the mouth ov the dam at cam beach you will find some clam there as i have in the past i. and get a drop net in blyth harbour at the life boat end and you will get plenty ov prawns i have a drop net if you want to lend it mate .....paul

As far as i know nobody has filmed any heats, not sure why not!!! Would have got £250 of Harry Hill for a vid of our heat; the number of times I went on my arse !! LOL !! Cheers. atleast you landed on your ass. i landed flat on me face lol on my heat against maxhardcore lol and i bet i end up on the ground in my next heat, coz every time im out i fall on me ass lol paul
