    You might need to sit down before i tell you this.......but he managed to stay on his feet all night!!!!! -good good he must ov been takein his time was he lol did he carry any ov the bunnies then or left it to the young 1 Had my new boots on; and had the apprentice carrying the rabbits !!     no need to apologise just stick to the trapping bit of the forum if you now fook all about running dogs... was planning to get a whippet in the summer, that is why im reading your section. its not a topic for modern day stuff all post seam to be pre ban ? are you plannin to use your whippet on these longears ? is that not what they were bred for. lift the ban a lets get the posts going is what im saying. so why get on this lads back about a date then if your plannin on doin it yourself dosent sound right to me like i didnt he tried to catch harres in an area he

    i use a red yellow and blue never had any bother with them as yet, good in small fields and lamp shy game witch is commen round here, as there is a few young lad startin out round here and just havent got a clue how to lamp a field propley, and think they can slip a dog on a 200 yeard rabbit lb

    Hi L+B I would say it depends how many rats and how long it takes, a good session would likely knacker a pup out quickly, 7 or 8 month most dogs would be able to enjoy a decent session killing rats. thanks mate my pup is 6 month old i wouldent say i would get loads but a cupple ov rats i done a lot ov rattin a few years ago and thought it was mint had a cupple ov terriers then, but im more into my runnin dogs used to go to a pig farm in crook was fekin hundreds ov the little bliters never put a lurcher on them but i can imagine that they would get the pup used to -the odd bite and learn to
