just got the one baby on the nest, its about 3-4 weeks old ,just put another pair off harrises together, 2 weeks ago, got high hopes on this pair, my other pair three rounds with out fail best off luck will

i started with barn owls and tawny owls, when i was 12 years old, they was both imprint, about 21 days old, i was part of a owl rescue centre then, thats what started me taking them to shows,doing flying displays,my barn owl even followed me around my paperound, post for post people used to be amazed that she used to follow me everywhere ,they are brilliant starting bird so placid and loving gentle, i still have her to this day ,she stuffed now ,long time ago

you won't do her any favours, carrying on, she won't be able to manage her body won't take it ,her feathers will be weak and brittle , fret mark etc....if she is'nt fed up ,my fhh started about 6 weeks ago and has'nt been out since, just been feeding her up on mainly qauil,few chicks ,beef ,hare,mice the advantage is that she will finish a lot early, so im out early every season, she is free and fit ,when most people are just pulling there birds out ,mine already doing it, hope this helps will

he does hunt, whilst i flew him he took,crow and pigeon mainly,try the pheasant to much for him

great got him going and entered,had some great fun with him,now he is destined for better things ,his off to ireland next week ,ive sold him to a chap over there. try something different next season with a bit more weight

my brother has a litter off mint pups ready on 23 rd off this month there is 2 red dog and 2 bridle bitches available ,big strong pups . full pedigrees i will post some pics soon camera playing up

my best advice to you ,is to get out with someone for a season or two,you can't learn it any better ,thats how i started many years ago ,i used to ferrat for my mates female harris hawk, dont get me wrong, books are good as a guide,nothing else ....hope this helps you on your way ,and your right when you start, it's a buzz different to any other
