  3. bought a mk 3 finder just before christmas, used it once and it was fine, on the second outing it was showing allsorts beeping and flashing all the time took it home changed the batteries it only shows 16 ft on led whether your 16ft or 6" away it also beeps and flashes anywhere in a 4ft radius of the collar put it on locate and it does nothig at all not a beep or a flash sent it back to deben over a month ago, came back today with a report saying it has been tested and its "not faulty" so in theory i can pin point my ferret to the nearest 16ft IVE GOT A LURCHER THAT DOES BETTER THAN THAT

  5. buck alpha hunter! most oil stones are course one side and fine the other side unless the blade is chipped use the fine side, it wont take to much metal away and you can get an edge like a razor blade

    carpenter! only do commercial work though army camps, hotels, factories, castles, golf courses (been working on celtic manor,ryder cup ground the last couple of weeks) not much rabbit life around there though love the job also comes in handy if i need new kennels, ferret hutches or boxes trouble is im sick of making hutches for friends of friends

  8. put a hammock in for my 2 hobs about a year ago, the missus bought it for a laugh! best thing they have had, sleep on it always, dont touch their sleeping box any more! it keeps them dry and clean if the floors wet or bloody or shitty :sick:,and it keeps them fit and occupied cause they feck about in it all day

  12. hi mate, i've had a light weight hunter for about 4 years now and never had any pellet trouble and i've used all sorts of pellets. the only problem i get is it works loose from the stock every now and then, not really a problem though! best airgun i've ever owned' happy hunting trapper

  16. im looking for an old springer air rifle with open sights, for shooting close range rats! already got good high powered air gun for general shooting, just looking for something cheap to use indoors (barns, chicken sheds, etc)maybe a bsa meteor or similar? cash waiting.any where in south wales! cheers trapper!

  18. if you pull the bolt up and back, hold trigger in and push bolt forward and down then release trigger the gun is then uncocked !
  19. that was my first gun too many moons ago, sold it after a few years and have bought another one since. great gun but both had the same problem if i put three cartridges in the mag five times out of ten they would jam, so i settled for two cartridges and no probs great for squirrels with magnum cartridges
