On average I think it was between 10 and 15 days when I looked into it. They seem to be getting better in their relocation packages but it’s still only around 20 Plus they say you’re only a broken arm away from bankruptcy The salary was basically double London
-
Fair play mate - it does look good there. I’ve always liked New York and was thinking of relocating a few years back but bottled it - the holiday entitlement out there is sh1te. Plus as much as I moan about London, I always miss it
-
I know what you mean mate. Not my cup of tea nor nice to watch
-
Isn’t Cali on its arse at the moment? I went to San Fran in 19 and loved it (apart from the hills), it looks completely different now. They reckon LA’s even worst. Have you ever done Boston mate? Going for the first time next month with a few mates
-
I may be wrong as I don’t know much about watches, but they seem a lot of hassle. They’re probably good for giving someone a kick back instead of cash but to make any decent money on them, I imagine you’d have to sit on them for a while or be so high up the chain in that industry
-
I thought that’s the reason everyone went to Amsterdam? Or is it for the canals and pancakes i was in Hamburg the other month for a stag do, definitely the seediest place I’ve ever been

Good post that My old man’s lot all grew up in post war London and were involved in different levels of crime - not an excuse but being poor seemed to be their motivation As they say, life must be lived going forwards but can only be understood backwards
-
Yeah they only call it pink cocaine as It’s a pink powder. Pretty popular at the moment with all the party goers I think I’m a minority as every f****r in the construction industry is on the gear… packet and brasses
-
Pink coke (2CB) seems to be popular in London at the moment
-
I drove threw Kensington and Camden in Philly a few times - never seen anything like it before. San Fran was pretty bad too Cheaper and more stronger opioid
-
You’re not missing much. I visit Whitechapel 2 or 3 times a week and it’s an absolute khazi. My family are from Stepney and for as long as I can remember it’s always been an Asian area… they basically run London now and we’ll always have a mu5lim mayor
-
What part of the states are you again mate?
-
You’re so right, I always thought the chocolate over there tastes like vomit

I think Usyks movement will make him hard to hit and his output will drain Fury If Fury was that good technically he wouldn’t have struggled against Ngannou. He seemed to run out of ideas when his twitchy feints and size didn’t work - Ngannou was static most the fight and shattered, yet Fury still didn’t capitalise
-
I never set out to do what I do now because I didn’t know it existed when I was at school. We were advised to do A levels and go to University if we wanted to be anything. This is because most teachers have never left the system and have very little practical life experience I think the key is to learn about yourself - find out what motivates you and what you’re good at.

100% divided. I also think there’s a big divide in opinions between the old and young. I’m 40 and work with a lot of people in their 20’s and they’re all “woke” with no real life experience. I dread to think what it’ll be like when my 2 year old boy grows up I’d take Farage over most MP’s, and if Trump got in over Biden, even better
-
Hopefully Usyk will nail his mouth shut after the shite he was spouting yesterday The only way I can see Fury winning is by using his size and weight in a clinch
-
I think any training he did for the Joshua rematch was done in a larder
-
I meant recently. I’m sure he can bang but 4 in last 16 bouts isn’t a KO fighter.
-
I’m no expert but I don’t think it’s a good move. From the outside looking in, Ben seems more a boxer’s companion than trainer. I always like Joshua under Sims
-
I reckon I see 20,000 on my commute to London everyday I come out of Bond Street station the other morning about 7am and there is more mattresses than Dreams and the streets flooded with migrants There must be hundreds if not thousands coming in every week
-
It looks amazing over there for fishing - the lakes and deep sea would be brilliant. I tried convincing my mates to go there but we always end up at some lake in France
-
Wallin ever knocked a fighter out? I still can’t get my head around the fights on the card - Wilder or Hgovic v Joshua would’ve been better Joshua should’ve reunited with Sims to get his raw aggression back

From what I understand, property’s a good front for running a legitimate business - you can loan money through other companies, buy low, inflate the sell on, conceal your ownership through complex webs / shell companies. Unless you’ve an extensive empire, the issues with property is the inheritance tax and if you need to make a quick sale - if you had a 1M gaff and needed to sell it today you’re not going to get 1M for it and getting the cash won’t be instant I always thought metals like gold and silver (bars / coins) were good choices. Silver is used everywhere and has gone up loa
