He got less votes in England compared to last time, just cleaned up in Scotland. It’s not like when Blair got in. There needs to be a referendum on PR, how can a party get 2.5x the votes of another party but win 102x more seats?! He won 2/3 of the seats on 1/3 of the votes, which means the majority of the country didn’t want labour. This is why most people aren’t ever happy with the government. Countries like Denmark which have PR tend to be more happy.

Without taking anything away from Fury, as he fought a good fight and his powers of recovery are something else, Usyk is a different class mate and was clear winner.

He did and he deserved a decent send off. You can debate his style and it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but he fulfilled his brief and probably overachieved. I’m 40 and he’s gave me and generations of fans some of the best memories - beating Seville, Lyon, that magical night in Prague, the open top parade around Newham etc which will stay with me a lifetime it run its course and it is the right time for him to move on, but he should leave with respect and gratitude How can anyone knock him for saving us from relegation twice, stabilising the club, finishing 6th, 7th, 14th,

I think Fury’s size is a big advantage, maybe his heavyweight experience too It will be interesting to see if he goes all guns blazing or whether he trys to judge distance using his jab to gauge range and unload his combos… and also if he goes Southpaw I don’t know why, but my gut just tells me Usyk is special Should be a good fight

Usyk is relentless and his footwork second to none. Every fighter I’ve seen him fight has struggled with his movement and constant repositioning as it forces them to keep resetting. His jab is quite commanding too, he bosses fights with it and I’ve never seen anyone (except maybe Briedis) unload on him AJ, who I would consider an elite athlete, Bellew, Dubois, Witherspoon etc were all physically drained and exhausted by it. I guess we’ll finally get to see how technically good a fighter Fury really is. Looking forward to this one

Yeah great story and he stayed loyal. Re non-league, my brother in-law plays for Hornchurch, they just won the Isthmian and was good to see what it meant to the boys, staff, supporters etc down there.
