My advice would be to go the deerhound route if you can. My bitch’s sire was 1/4 wheaten 1/4 bull 1/4 deer 1/4 grey and he was put to a bull grey…my bitch is quick enough but I know the rest of litter were the heavier sort. I drool thinking about what pups you’d get lol

Sorry to say but most of what you mentioned are red flags to me. He’s a late starter but once he has that bond with you he either has it or he doesn’t.
