    A good tip that ... I wouldnt have thought of it. I've just had my fourth try at clay shooting, but hope to shoot game some time soon, using my o/u multi choke game gun. Thanks for the tip. regards

    If the throttle cable isnt broken, check the linkage...... at both ends ... it sometimes just slips off. ATB

    HI, I have a Beretta and the notches on the chokes are as follows ... 1 - Full choke , 2 - Improved modified, 3 - Modified, 4 - improved cylinder, 5 - Cylinder. 1 would be, on mine, the tightest choke ie less spread and a tighter pattern 5, as a cylinder would have no choke therefor a wider pattern. As said by the Verminater, it depends on the range you are shooting, but I would try changing to a more open choke and give it a go. I would use my local library and read up a little on various types of shotgun shooting, it could clear things up a lttle for you. Good Lu

    Can anyone please help .... I live in Fife and want insurance to cover various shotgun & air rifle shooting, clays, vermin and game ect and hopefully later to also cover stalking ..... Im sure I read something on here once but cant find the information now. maybe BASC but are there any others providing full cover ? regards

    I didnt hear the original, but am glad press have told us about it, it was a disgusting thing to do to anyone. One gone and the other should be sacked now ! Dont let Ross resign, sack him. Hes only trying to save face and his wages of 6 million a year... which is more than his boss gets ! ( nearly said earns, sorry. ) I suppose he can go on to the Shopping channel and work with his brother....... Another thing ... I have only just found out what he is....a comedian ? I never knew that......

    Not sure how you would stand with razor wire if someone was hurt but........ A friend had barb wire and razor wire fitted around her property and they still got in to her yard. She asked me for help and I applied anti-vandal paint on the walls and drain pipes and they only tried once. We found hand marks smeared all over the place as they must have been covered in it. They never returned. I believe there is also some chemical in it that they cannot remove and it only shows under a fluorescent light. As Ditch said previously, its very messy stuff !     Am surprised your FAO has given you a certificate before you have a cabinet or it being secured correctly. It needs to be "secured to the structure of the building by at least 4 x 10mm fixing devises (rawl bolts)." Not be visable to casual visitors or be obvious to window cleaners or workmen who may have a view into your home. This info was given by police in the form of a fact sheet, but if you need more details then you can contact your local licensing office. regards Owdnorthener

    yes...........and you can have countless wifes ( god knows why you'd want to....lol) they call it bigamy if we do do it...............which you can get locked up for.....................in my opinion they should have to contribute to the economy, follow our rules and society and if they can't their not welcome !!!!!!!! the aussies have got the right idea !!!!! You've got it right there At least throw him and any like him out ..... and dont keep giving his "dependants" benefits.

    looks like youv got the right size of beds, good on you. Try alternate rows of carrots and onions, carrot fly is kept away by smell of onions. Make sure the ground is stone free or youl have some odd shaped carrots. Spuds in a barrel, use " Mimi" a new type of new potato made for this type of growing. good luck
