Personally I think you're wasting your time with Slugs unless you have an FAC FX and a Slug Barrel a heavier Pellet maybe a better bet.

Well this is interesting... As I may have been discounting them tbh... I have to say this m.. As you know my new gun is still at Air Arms being reset to its intended level of quality rather than the one it arrived in. And I've been ringing them to ask where it is.... Whilst I had the technician on the phone he asked me how I liked their guns... I did think it a funny question as my 1200 quid gun was in bits... I said.... Weihrauch springers have been good to me but theyre internally agricultural in comparison to their springers but their HW barrels were good and loved their pellers.... And whi

I ought to give em ago. With so much coming from China... It does make me wonder what on earth we are going to make in the West. When our economies are so screwed the govt is controlling our earnings... We'll only have ourselves to blame.

Nice to know Tony's putting his money where is mouth is. I've listen to Mr Belas very publicly talk about how many versions of electronic trigger they are on, must be 8 or more now cos it was 7 ages ago. And.... Well imagine being someone with the first or second version and it costing that much. Fingers crossed air arms come through for me...

Thanks mate for that voice of support. When you are looking at flats post marital strife you think "I can afford this"... Not "where can I bolt my gun cab to the wall"... My GP has also recently retired and I've got a... Well not so male one now. A lot more.... Well I'll reserve final judgement. To be honest I most interested in HMR as I think I can afford it and I'd like to stretch the distance. I think it's a fab little calibre. Cheers matey

Cheers Phil, I've actually already read this, unfortunately also not really possible as I don't own the place and it's a tiny bachelor post divorce pad. I am considering... Let's say some life re-adjustments... Which may yet make it possible. I'm also kind of reticent to open the doors of the police being so involved in my life. And I enjoy air guns so much being able to literally purchase them at will. Haha...

I have been thinking for a while that going back to LR would good, maybe HMR, maybe even centrefire. A dream of my youth. But as I need to move to facilitate this, (no sufficient walls in my building!.)....the idea of losing it all on an policeman's whim... Is to scary to imagine.

I should qualify this by saying that someone at AA is on a leave that's very well deserved, that they haven't exceeded their production capacity. As there is a clear shortage of Rifles coming from them. I'll reserve judgement overall on how long this actually takes.

I am not a happy bunny. 1150 sheets of my hard earned on my Ultimate and it's been back with them for what seems like ages. Turns out it's in bits waiting on a new valve. Which apparently they do make, so they are waiting on their own production. Now, for a quality manufacturer, this concerns me, as I know a bit about this, and this means they don't make enough spare, which means what they have made recently as either been way to low or theyve had more failures than expected recently and therefore are out of stock. My question is, had I have gone to a major reseller would tha

Ooo.... Good to hear... Ive been putting it together as my next purchase after every ones view on the RM8, I called a certain RFD who will remain nameless to see if they could get me the Huma Reg for it.. And he warned me off it saying they had severe quality issues??..... I know of another RFD whose become a bit of a pal whose wiling to test it before sake..... Shall I go for it next month?

Are you saying you had a Kral that was a bit crappy, but this one is really good.... Are they known for hit and miss quality or are they all OK or is it certain models Jimmy mate?
