Pro sniper mush ????? jokin.. plenty of years practice. If you can get consitent hold an positioning etc i suppose any decent gun can be accurate Even if it is a bit rough an bounces back a bit more than it needs to..thanks for your kind words

I was thinking of putting something thin around the spring guard to try stop the spring moving around but couldnt think of what to use !!

Stripped it down today took me about 35784267 hours to get them little square chuffing blocks out.. ? finally got there.. spring is a little bit too loose on the rear guide than id like it to be.. the ends of the spring were pretty rugged so i smoothed them off. Polised piston up quite a bit. Piston seal was decent. Had quite a bit of grease infront of it mind. Degreased an regreased it all stuck it back together. Lightened trigger screw off a bit.. shoots a bit better than it did . It will do for now. Might get a 'tuning kit' with better spring an properly fitted guide an top

Was trying to push her towafds the 95k i had one before there awesome but she said the 99s was good enough . Jay dont get a 99 there too small and too light. 97 deffo. Maybe a 95 or 98 or 77. But not a 99.

Ayup guys got a new hw99s .177 for the other half to use when i get my new springer in a few weeks... shes doin pretty well im teaching her how to shoot. Its a nice gun love the newer updated stock on it. had a couple about 10 15 yeads ago and the stock is much nicer. Got a package deal with a decent hawke 3.12x50 scope an bag etc. Put the scope on and went to the range today for an hour. Got it zeroed in at 25 yards then shot a nice shot 1 hole group. Its a harsh gun to shoot tho an twangs like an old banjo. Trigger is pretty heavy and the shot cycle is very snappy quite a lot of r

It was a lovely rifle i know kral get slated a lot but this was a fine example. I was shocked at how accurate it was i must admit. I showed bigmac how to shoot last night jaybo.. he probly wont admit it like.. Get up to that farm with him an get that kral blooded ?

We had a great day! Went to the gunshop an shooting range. Went back to bigmacs for some of his wifes home made spag bol. Very nice and great hospitality from them. Then went to bigmacs awesome farm shooting. As we got there we parked the cars up got the guns out.. there was a jackdaw in a tree i took with a perfect headshot jist dropped like a stone. Then mac got a crow from a hedge next to it. Went for a little walk and i saw some woodpigeons in a field about 100 yards away. Crept up the side of a fence and a few flew off but some stayed.. got rested on the fence an took the c

Been a while since i took the 97 out. What a rifle. Gets too easy with the PCP so fancied a change. Feral in the farmers shed standard deal.. Woodie , walking past a cow shed theres a small tree i have scared woodies from loads of times walking past it. This time i crept along past the cows and there were 2 woodies there. Only about 20 yards made sure there were no cows in my way an boom the .22 smashed it to smitherines ???? got used to .177 so the crack it made with the 22.. havent heard that for a while haha Fancy a new springer now freshen my collection up a bit ?

After a decent scope dont know whats about these days, havent been keeping up for a few years.. dont want any fancy nightvision or anything like that. Mid price range sort of scopes with AO/SF and zoom somewhere between 3 - 16 x 40 / 50 I use 10x mostly for hunting and targets but like to drop back to 5 or 6 for closer stuff pigeons and squirrels etc What do you reccomend ?
