I’ve marvelled at how the Ozzy and NZ dogs seem to instinctively go for an ear hold, wether it be deer, pig, goat; Cheers.

Quick and easy; marinated pork strips, stir fried with red and green peppers and onion; Served in a tortilla wrap with sriracha and mayo; Cheers.

To quote the great Groucho; “ I wouldn’t want to join any club that would have someone like me as a member”…… Cheers.

As I said in a previous post; there was an armistice between North Korea and South Korea, not a peace treaty, so they are still technically at war. This doesn’t alter the fact that North Korea invaded South Korea. As for Putin; the west and NATO’s position was to plan for and repel a massive armoured Russian attack sweeping across the Eurasian plain into Western Europe, but look what happened ; they couldn’t even sweep into Kiev ! If the Ukrainians thwarted the Russian plan, then NATO, in my mind , would destroy them with the advanced technology they have. It’s already been said

If you think North Korea has never invaded another country, you maybe should try and talk with any surviving members of the Gloucestershire Regiment that were at the battle of Imjin River when North Korea invaded South Korea ? One of the bravest actions of any British troops. Cheers.

A bright -5 degrees in the Toon today; Cheers.

I’ve just today DHL’d a pair of Neymar Puma boots and a load of other football related gear to my 8 year old grandson in Saudi as a reward for winning his schools spelling bee for the second year running ! He must take after his grandad for being a clever f****r ! Cheers.

Yes. He has the backing of, at least, Mandy, probably the Reuben’s, and the Saudis leave the running of the club to them. Cheers.

I think we are underplaying our spending power. Whatever we think about Fat Mike, he didn’t leave us with masses of debt. We’ve got increased gate income, fourth place and television money and champions league winnings and gate and tv money, we’ve got far more in sponsorship and Adidas taking over from Castore and the extra money from the partners selling shares to each other. We are still well in compliance with FFP and the sustainability rule, so I think it will be all consolidated for next season and a big spending splurge in the summer. Just loan deals and Academy players may

Form a circle ? Cheers.

When I say heating, I mean candle stub in corner of room. We would all stand round whichever kid had fever warming our hands ! Cheers.

If we had a fever, dad would have reckoned we were hot enough and turned the heating off…… Cheers.

Very basically, there has been a Korea for thousands of years; the Japanese invaded and annexed Korea early in the 20th century, but after they were defeated in WW2 they handed it back to Korea. Korea was then divided into North Korea and South Korea, much like Germany was dived into east and west. In 1950 North Korea, backed by China , Russia and other communist countries invaded South Korea. A UN force including the US and the UK went to South Korea’s defence and the war was fought to a stalemate and there was an armistice, but the two Koreas are still technically at war. I don’t think

1950, invaded South Korea. Cheers.

Of course you’re not an arsehole, but you may find it difficult to gain entry to the Diplomatic Corps ! Cheers.

Our oil , North Sea Brent, is a “sweet crude” used mainly for chemicals, pharmaceuticals and plastics. The Arabian Gulf oil is a “heavy crude”, used mainly for petrol and diesel. Sweet crude sells at a premium to heavy crude. Cheers.

It was your comment “ I hope Iran wipes out the U.S. and us” that I quoted; and replied it disturbed me greatly and hope you said it just to get a reaction. Your post was edited and mine deleted. Cheers.
-
No, we get most of our oil from the Arabian gulf via the Red Sea and Suez Canal. Going round the Cape puts up to 4,000 miles on the journey, raising the prices. Cheers

What happened to my post ? Cheers.
-
There was a retired Rear Admiral on tv the other day; he said a London tube driver gets paid twice as much as the sailor driving the type 45 destroyer fighting in the Red Sea. Kind of puts it into perspective….. Cheers.

This bitch was 1/4 beddy, sire was a first cross from Heartbreak Fell kennel; dam was a mix of whippet/deerhound/greyhound. A bit small at 23” but a heart like a lion ! Sometimes a fox like this big ‘un became a bit of a battle, but she never let me down. Cheets.

I’m not much of a “group” man, mate, I’d probably end up arguing with them ! It was just one of the myriad of ideas that flow through my mind in my idler moments. Cheers.

Well, I’m neither housebound or young, LOL ! I’ll be doing it at my allotments, where there has been a massive influx of native finches recently. Ive no interest in either Packham or the RSPB, but I have a great interest in wildlife and the countryside, so if my observations help in any way, I’ll be happy! Plus I’ll find it interesting. I was toying with trapping and ringing birds and keeping a log of how many come back, but I’m not sure how legal that would be ? Cheers.

I seem to remember reading it somewhere. Maybe it was the bulb holder ? Cheers.
