    It really amazes me how much this lady knows about dogs. I havent read anything she has typed yet on this board that is "wrong". She knows her stuff............some should probably read what she types and soak it all in cuz she is 100% correct.

    I agree with you that a good saluki type can run on that, I'm just not quite sure that people export all that many good dogs. I mean look at you boys over there, I firmly believe that 99% of the terriers imported into this country from over there were shit cuz gettin a great terrier over here is like findin the holy grail.

    That's pretty much exactly what one would look like. And articgun, them top notch coursing dogs over there would do just fine here. There wont be an ounce of difference from the good ones there and the good ones here. They will both do good here or there. Those of us that actually hunt over here do not have some kinda inflated ego nor superiority complex. We are not so foolish as to think our dogs our better than yours. Dont let something you see or read on the internet fool ya.

    Its pretty simple really. The salukis that get hunted in that similiar environment from what I have seen run nothing like that. They are fast up and at em dogs that run damn near like a greyhound.

    That may be true but he wont be catchin jack rabbits here in the terrain most of them live in either.

    I accept it may not be representative mate, but it's all I could find. You most likely wont find any videos of it. I would say though that it is done most of the time doubled up. Alot of the guys that are doing it here will be runnin dang near pure greyhounds types and will be hunting not coursing if that makes any sense to ya at all.
