    hi all, my mate has sent his fac off a couple off weeks back, but he just got signed off for depression due to a family matter. will the police check with his doc he put no to mental illness down on his fac... he is near carmarthen if it helps

    they can only check with your docs if you tell them you sufferd with depression! they are not aloowed to just call the docs an ask for your medical notes an if they do ask the docs, the force has to pay for it not you

    yea i know i have nothing to hide was just intrestedto know what information the PNC gives them as i know the CRB check does your recored an i thught the pnc done the same thats all

    just sent my SGC application off, an it got me thinking you have to have a PNC an CRB check done but what info does the PNC give them that the crb doesn't... will the pnc tell them if your employed or on benefits or anything? its all new to me never been in trouble with the law at all

    the way i understood it they checked it with the doctors 100% off the time was just courios how they done it thats all i hae nothing to hide so they cn ask who ever they like if i'm off simply mind ..lol

    i thought they would off checked witht the doctors,as you can simpy say no on the forms. i just spoke with mate that had his sgc a couple off years an knows his doctor personly an his feo never contacted the doctor so i'm still at a lost

    just seen on another forum some asking if the police contact your dotors as as par the course off issuing a sgc any body know if they do? just curious thats all
