  1. Not a lot. Will shoot flatter out to 100 yards I suppose. Plus I just like it. Look at it, all pointy and wicked looking. I believe the .22 LR are typically supersonic too, but come to think of it, it does seem to have more report than a .22LR. Yes my hands are very clean. I probably just got done washing dishes prior to taking the picture or rinsing dog drool off of them or something.
  2. I put together a video of my most recent rabbit hunt with my Labrador Tess. Hope you enjoy.
  3. I put together my first wildlife video and posted it to my YouTube channel. I usually shoot ducks, but I've been surprised how much fun it is to try to stalk them for video. I hope you enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jfw_doThveo
  4. There's a cartridge everyone seems to have forgotten about that you might consider. It's the 17 mach 2. I believe it's a .22 LR necked down to .17. 17 grain projectile at about 2100 fps. I wanted a rifle chambered in it "just to be different". I had a break-action single shot chambered in it for shooting squirrels and it's been OK in that role. It has NOT, however had the most stellar accuracy. It groups about 2MOA at 50 yards. The gunsmith is telling me he has not achieved the same accuracy possible with the .17 HMR. When I had the barrel built I wanted to be able to shoot squirre
  5. Thanks for the welcome's. If need be I will tie half my brain behind my back to fit in. ?
  6. I'm Scott. I admit I came here to post a link to my YouTube channel. Is that legal here? I'm based in Indiana in the U.S. and I hunt primarily in the Great Lakes region. Back in the golden era of internet message boards I was an avid poster and had my own message board for hunters. Now it seems like it's all about facebook and other social media and that's ok, but they don't really fit my brain that well. I wasn't even sure these types of forums were really still around, but I found this one and a few others.
