    I was fishing with a friend and his family during the midsummer weekend in the north of Sweden. We got a few trouts during the late evenings then it cooled down, nice sunny weather 25c during daytime. We ate traditional pickled herring, grilled /barbecue meat on the fire , sausages, fresh trout, made coffee on the fire. The sun are never really going down during midsummer.

    In .308w 180gr Norma Oryx and 165gr Nosler Accubond has worked great on moose, wildboar , fallow deer and roe for me. Leave the light bullets for your .243w.

We never had any lockdown in Sweden just rekommendations of social distanace and to keep old people safe, no gatherings larger than 50 persons are legal. universitys and colleges are mainly closed.

Thats crazy so you have to shoot fox with an underpowered .22lr? In Sweden young/new hunters with a hunting examina can get 4 hunting firearms, rifles and shotguns in the beguinning. Then you hunted a few years you can get additional two firearms but you have to specify what to use them for (an example .22lr class 4 game crows, .222r roedeer,beaver, 6,5*55 birds in top,deer stalking, shotgun 12*70 ,driven game, shotgun 12*76 goose gun , 9,3*62 driven big ga

    A leveraction in .30-30, 357mag, or 45colt would fit cheaper ammo with reloads than 22wmr and .223r.

    after this corona shit is over. Right now its season for beaver (april-may15) (and fox) its possible for me to take one to three/four hunters for beaver stalking or canoe. 1-2 rifles can be borrowed from me or you can sent in a application to the border police to bring your own. The ownly cost are government hunting fee ~30£ and local fee ~10£/day. I can pick up on airport or trainstation and manage the local driving during the hunt. In the summer-autumn we can do a lot of fishing on pike, trout greyling, salmon, arctic char bass..... In the winter ice fishing are possible.

    They dont let the local Police investigate illegal wolf hunting the Security police takes it as if it was a terrorist attac (local Police might be hunters themself or could become under threat from hunters or antis. Yesterday a small dog were taken by a wolf close to a house ,the owner run after it and the wolf dropped the dog after 50m , it survived but had to have some surgery. Several other people saw the (probably) same wolf in what area as close as 2 m/6 feet from people......... and no protective hunting of it unless it attacs several more domestic animals.

Lead can be found in demolition of houses, scrapmetal dealers sell lead, old wheel weights are perfect for bullets, you can dig out lead at shooting ranges. "I miss my 357.     I just sent some .38spl downrange ~0.1£ each. If I had cast equipment I could load them for 0,01£ each almost forever.
