Haha yeah I definitely think I am making the recoil worse especially because I'm more tense! Makes perfect sense. Definitely more tense since my back injury. Haha I'd love to eat more pies but don't want to gain weight ?

Yeah I reckon I am probably subconsciously trying prevent the recoil from effecting me as much as it could. I am hoping with a 20g, it will be a bit better.

Thank you for all of this, massive help. I find my stance a little wider due to the weakness to my left leg due to nerve damage in my back. But I also believe it may also be effected by the length of the stock. I will be taking some classes soon to try work in my technique. I shall watch the video thank you again.

Yeah going to try some different loads and get the 20guage so atleast I have 2 shotguns depends on how I feel and can take a friend with me. Might try convince another female to come with me ?

Hello, Thank you for reply. Went shooting today with a small stocked 12g sxs but still had 32g loads in it. I don't mind shooting it, I am thinking of buying it off my partner. If so I may shorten the stock to suit me exactly and try 21g or 24g loads in it. But definitely still look for a ou 20g that kofs that someone put up slightly higher, looks amazing will be going to go see it next week. It's a shame I don't know any other women who shoot local to me.
