  9. ive had four off him over the years two ive put to sleep with unrepairable injury's both honest dogs but totaly different,one i re-homed just couldnt get on with the thing the other died of natural causes,i can honestly say two were decent one was very good the other crap. i wouldnt go back to him again though i find they dont hold up that well if your working them hard week after week. bird off here as got a good sort,home bred,the guy with the collie that bred his bryn is on the a5 telford way on better taking a decent grey bitch too him to line.

  13. yer i read that on another site as well tuzo,they look ko shamo asil cross to me,ive had asil just over two lbs in weight very small but never seen anything less than two lbs maybe not in bantam class just small reza types.

    there bloody everywhere of late,no close season because they breed all year round.
  17. bird i can see why your going down that path but that cross has some of the bad points your collie cross has,yes it should have better drive and more bottle but the things that niggle you with bryn can play a part with that breeding as well,heat stress is almost a certainty there coats are very thick,they can be temperamental sulky,some come very heavy and because of that are limited. having said all that,that may well not be the case but i am sure you wont find one as dexterous and nimble in the field as brynn. ive had experience with ally crosses and out crosses and can say those were very
  18. the trouble with hitting the same ground time after time is the dog learns were the rabbits are and go to,to many fruitless attemps at the rabbits sours the dog and creats those bad habbits or choosing runs,achange is as good as a rest,keep away from the rabbits their and use another method.
