  4. Funny you should put this up Ian, i was only thinking last week about the pigeons i have not seen many, but had a shoot yesterday 14th Dec, & along with the 127 pheasants, 14 partridge there was 8 pigeon, so i hope they are going to stay around

  6. My honest advice to you is buy two rifles. Either a .22lr or .17HMR for the rabbits. Then move up to either a .223, .22-250 or even a .243 if you can get away with it for the foxes. I would say that this is the best way forward for you

  15. Those prices seem pretty spot on to me, we have and do sell to dealer in Shropshire and Cheshire and they are the same. We have also sold rabbits in the past, whole and frozen to a zoo in decent quantities for 80p each, not bad and less hastle than paunching the buggers. I would say thats good price although i do not sell any birds or rabbit, the birds that are shot on a shoot day are shared amonst the guns & beaters if there is any left they go to friends & in the freezer, most of the rabbits i give to the local zoo they are more than happy to pick them up & some go
