yes mate, [tug] was great staffx grey, seen him work loads of times great dog. Came from a good line off [staffs] yes - we both know who i meant !! - i remember one time he lost 2 teeth while lamping - we pulled them out as they were hanging on by a thread - and he still worked on - what a dog -RIP big fella Any pics buddy? no mate he wasnt mine he belonged to a good mate - he was a big half cross - immense jaw power -at his peak in late 90s - his dad was a long legged staff bred by a man who knew how to produce a strong staff - if you held his lead out lamping you knew why

Had the pleasure of flying a few birds today, falcons, hh, and a wee barn owl. What an amazing day, ive had a passion for BOP for a long time but im hooked now and really look forward to maybe one day keeping and flying my own birdd at its chosen quarry Awsome sport guys

Its a risky mating TBH, any faults in the linage will come to surface, you are going to Double on all problems good and bad. You really need to know a little about breeding and genetics before breeding this tight IMO. But in saying that, ive seen outstanding results in this type of breeding, you will bring to surface unwanted characteristics from ressesive genes, its a great way to see what faults lie dormant in your stock as both sire and dam can carry dormant faults and this will bring it to the top. Its one thing to do it but you would have to cull hard to start with. Im putting

Hi my names Doug from the Black country, i run a lurcher and enjoy working Ferrets in the winter. I have always loved birds of prey since i was a young boy (im 35 now) and in a position where as i have the time to take on my own bird, is there anyone out there who would take me out with them?, i will help any way possable. I have arranged to take the Lantra award but just need some hands on experience and am very keen to learn. Yours in sport Doug
