    I agree with this....as english people we cant piss and moan about " foreigners " not obeying our laws unless we are willing to do the same when we are the foreigners. I was in Dubai last year,i nearly got in a fight with a local when i had my feet up having a rest,apparently showing the soles of your feet is an insult over there.....well how was i supposed to know,but ok fair enough i didnt do it again and paid more attention to their ways....its called simple respect as visitors.
