In an ideal world that wouldnt be a problem, like i said before, things happen in life that we have no control over. I have vetted homes for the Staffordshire bullterrier rescue, and my findings were, that of the people with there insurence policies and axminster rugs usually turned out to be the ones who let the dog down in the end, the guys whom may rely on charity once in a while were the ones who l;oved and devoted there lives to the dogs. Its so sad to see people suffer, seeing kids and animals suffer (inoccents) is just painful. The generousity of the public has been amazing, lets hope it makes a difference. I was touched at Lenny Henry, shit comic but a very loving man indeed. Peace and rockets Amen to that. I visited a township in South Africa last month as i'm doing some photography work for a charity out there, it left me feeling empty and in genuine shock. Disgusting that in this day and age there is still children dying of hunger. A young girl was starved to death in Birmingham a coupl

I took a bitch to the Manor last year for an op, the nurse said we need to run a test to see if your dogs up to the op at x amounts of pounds, bemused, i asked her what would happen if the test came back that she wasnt? her reply was well we still need to do the op FFS. Most private vets today asre licensed to print there own money and have only this in mind. This is why IMO our dogs would be safer with the PDSA.

Just to add, you might be young Hannah and not had your life turned upside down by trauma, i hope you stay lucky, but its not nice judging people whom you do not know as you have no idea of there circumstanses. Snobbery is ugly. Sorry for the rant D (AN OUT AND OUT DOG LOVER)

Thats a real bad experience buddy, hope the dogs well now. I have to say on another note the PDSA have helped me in the past no end, im lucky as the vets at our practise are animal lovers and really do care.+ Although the fooking Split arsed receptionist usually treat you like a piece of shit they trod in on there way to work, having donating generously on many occasions these women have mellowed slightly. Just to add that i agree 100% regarding RSPCA, there only good for mugging old ladys at there front doors. ATB D

(did you have a tear for the scousers last night? Ha ha ha ha !) IM relishing the chance to get at em, That spanish/scouse twat looks lonely without his fat spanish waiter dad in the country, seems to have piled the preasure on himself for sure. As for the tears ???? NO!! LOL ATB D

Some books and people seem to have this thing that making a split is quite involved, it's not at all and I too many newcomers struggle with it. By the time you to the end of this season you'll know the crack a bit more mate, things start to come naturally then you start to understand what your own bees are telling you. I'm not sure if I'm going yet but will let you know if I am. ATB Ashley I do see what you mean, alot of the bee forums like to blind you with science, im fairly confident anyway. This is why i posted here so i could get an ordinary answer instead of X=SQ2 OF

I think theres some real genuine lads /lasses on here who will gladly take time out of there lifes to help you out and share there experiences with you, this helps when faced with the same experience yourself. I LOVE HOW THERES SO MANY DIFFERENT HOBBIESTS AND CRAFTSMEN WHOM ALSO OPEN DOORS TO NEW COMERS. I love how everyone gonna get there head kicked in at weston game fair (every fookin year ) I hate the bitter hate mongerers who are happy to rip into anyone over anything (as long as its over a screen of course). I hate the guys whom have been birthed with silver spoons in th -
Right this was originaly X bees that were quite angry and that hive was sold to another Beek, what i have is a queen reared from that hive last summer, when the hive arrived it was seriously pissed after the journey and followed us for some distance and time . To be fair it did calm down after i owned it for a month or two, it had calmed right down but any accidental knocks or slips and these buggers are vexed again, they dont just attack if im outside inspecting and if i go in and out with a little smoke then THEY WILL BARE IT BRIEFLY, Im based in the Black country, i have 4 hives in to
