Lads I am wondering why everyone goes for these high magnification scopes, an 8-32 x 56 scope is a f#cking monster, in a hunting situation I cannot honestly see why someone would need this scope, basically the higher the magnification the more movement you will get from the reticule. As is said in the post it is a 'precision benchrest' job, great when you are shooting of a bench. An honest question lads, would love an honest answer. Great thread Jasper, I was a huge Tyson fan, absolute animal in the ring, whoever fought him, once they tasted one of his hits they didn't want a bar of him, just pure strength and aggression. As a young fighter he was the sh#t. I have most his fights on tape and occassionaly when the lads are around for a few beers we stick them on, never grow tired of his knock out shots, just awesome.

Hi BM, top looking dog. If you can take a dogs food away with no drama, that is a great sign, as you probably know. The issue with your Bitch would resolve itself soon enough, she may even be glad of the company, yes they may take a bit of time to sort the pecking order but they will settle down.

Yes mate Australia is the same, I think they are trying to cover all skill levels, ie a novice chasing reds with a .222 is probably not the best, plus the people making the rules generally don't have a clue and find it hard to accept advice from a sporting man.

Cheers lads, I thought that may have been the case. 22/250 is a great Boar stopper, too many people these days want the big bangers and they just are not needed, I am talking here about the big .300 magnum,s and up.

I wouldn't say it needs deleting, remeber free speach and all that. 'Andrea' I do not attempt to dissect your character. You are very passionate in your beliefs and that is something I totally respect without question. The things we say and do often become clouded when we are discussing something that we are passionate about and we all can become carried away from time to time, that is why the larger Field Sport organisations the world over now hire professional PR people to make public statements. When passionate members make these statements it nearly always creates a drama as we can see

Just wondering why not having a moderator would make your 22/250 a waste of time? Are you not allowed to use them without being moderated? Just interested to know as everyone over your way seems to be obsessed with moderators, is it a legal requirement? Great calibre Stork, there is nothing in your country you cannot hunt successfully with this fast stepper.
