Hi guys I'm having trouble getting my ducks up, myself and the team tried to get them up last Saturday but out the 1000 only about 150 got up, they just fly from one of the pool to the other, this is with dogs in the water at either end. Now I know these lot can fly as I put 300 on my big lake for the first time and they are all from the same batch, they are really flying well. Any suggestions apart from stick them all on the big lake next time ?

After how many weeks do you open your small exit and entry hatches, my boss says says from day one as the can fly very early and will need to get back in but I'm not sure, what do you guys do?

Hi everyone So it's my first season as a keeper I'm looking after a small syndicate shoot which I live right next to. Pheasant and duck I have been looking at other forums but felt this one was the one for me to join and I'm sure I can get some valuable advice and help on my new journey.
