  1. ellooo, Im not so far from down there, lovely are, bloody cold at mo but lovely none the less, you would need a week at least to explore, lovely part of the moors, ansome pubs toooo.

  7. i agree as i didnt know ds, but saw the odd thread and they make for an intellignet read, could all his threads be possibly be put together and pinned or whatever it is that can be done, just a thought anyway, might be a good influence on young budding hunters and such alike? all the best K

  10. collie x springer, mother was pure collie and father was also collie x springer but all white with brown ears. hence a loon tune but a very intelligent one!
  11. awe, so cute...... there isn't much she doesn't do and the most affectionate to, she has just been up to the summit of scaffell pike in the lakes and loved every minute. she's known in my village as "Hudini"
  12. well im back! had a great time and i went up Scaffell Pike took 9 hours to go up and down and 5 days for my legs to recover wil post some pics but gonna have to decrease them as they are too big. I have to say that at the summit push i really did think i was gonna die!!!! we had side ways hail and thunder and lightning right beside us, it was so cold and so wet that it actually killed the pain in my legs! Anyway i had a great time and the weather? well it's wastwater so of course we were wet.......... a lot!

Hey folks, well tonight im off to wastwater and the infamous lakes, kids gone today for a whole 9 DAYS so, am saying goodbye to my little legs! as they will probaly never recover form the hardship of the mountains that awaits. Got my house sitter ready to keep them poachers at bay and have packed the kitchen sink. see you all in a week or so hopefully with some pretty pictures to show (me being carted off in an air ambulance with serious lung problems i expect :drag: ). cheers K
  14. Lat year i was goven a pure bread whippet, he was 24 inches tall called roan. He was Blue and white, 12 months old and beautiful. Me being a sucker couldnt resist, the only reason his owner didnt want him is because he was an inch too tall for the showing ring!!!!!! now although he was lovely and sweet, and fine with my other two dogs of then. he tore my house and car to shreds!!!! wouldnt't run at all no matter how or what we tried. i also had to sign papers that i wouldnt breed form him of sell him. which is fine. really he was a lap dog! and needed company 24 hours a day. so al

  16. been thinking about this one. A lot of things make me happy but it's some that are more apparent than others. My kids, for all the times they drive me mad if it wasn't for them i truly would not be here today. every day, waking up knowing im a free, independant woman and im no longer in a siuation where i cant simply be me. where i live, i love it and cherish it men, for restoring my faith, as all the ones in my past were complete physco's, and the few i have met of late have certainly restored my faith. made crackin drinkin buds and am sure friends for a long time music of

  18. cool, so far i got a landrover and a chipper (crap one though), easy startt up though as the princes trust heped me out. I used to have a fishing tackle shop in cornwall about 8 years ago now, loved every minute of it. got a house when i sold that.
