  1. If my pup looks half that good when he fills out I'll be a happy man
  2. Cracking looking bitch mate, how's she bred ?
  3. My condolences mate, Fair play to you getting her to 14
  4. Damn it whip you're giving away our secrets again
  5. Back onto the topic though, how is it going in britan keeping your working lines going particularly those older breeds the deerhound and the wolfhound ?because I know in Aus there's almost a 5 to 1 house pet to hunting line ratio trying to find a good pup these days I say that as someone who's just spent weeks looking for a pup who's breeder could show me any proof at all the parents had ever left the yard, I lucked out ended up with what should be a cracker pup and a new permission on good ground within an hour of each other
  6. Point taken, sorry mate I was never much good at reading the tone in text
  7. No we haven't Historically speaking we crossed the greyhound and deerhound pretty much as soon as we planted the union jack in botany Bay We needed greyhound fast and deerhound strong to bring down our primary meat source (at the time the kangaroo*now super illegal *) Point being we did it, we loved it, we branded it "staghound" Why on earth would I want some idiot from YouTubes bloodline when 10 minutes up the road I can grab a pup from bloodlines that do the work I want it to do 6 nights a week
  8. My young gsp bitch here in aus, Cracker little dog to be around and hasn't ruined a days hunting yet
