Good place to start what about were the local council tip there green waste say from park departments ect or you could try were local growers of veg dump there's it's normally in a pile next to the field take a terrier with you as you do get a few rats bolting whilst looking for worms ?

As kanny says little red worms you want old manure bigger worms go for grass leaves and food scraps in a compost heap or put a old piece of carpet down jig you will get a few under it in time if not go down your local allotment and turn there compost heap over you will get what you need there

Bangers everyone is different I don't want to get in to a argument but everyone enters different your way I think creates more issues than say a pup that runs free with others but were all different and all have different expectations ? but I have yet to see a pup exercising get seriously hurt especially if allowed a free run from early age

From what I read he put the miles in both at home and over the water and put him up front on any ground it's easy to knock any dog behind a screen but that Lucas wasn't hid away but matched to anything and fair play to the lad for that .I wonder did he produce anything like himself

I have always let them play and chase each other and socialising with other dogs from being able to first go out I can't remember any serious injuries yes the odd banging in to each other .it's surprising how resilient pups are though .pups that are allowed to run and work out things for themselves obstacles ect seem to be less injury prone later and make better dogs than a point and slip that's never had the same freedom .and I would think a pup that runs free learns manners quicker and picks up things quicker like scents ect because it's allowed to you can reinforce recall as many times as
