I totally agree there's no chances taken here or second chances given I wouldn't have that sort of dog round me as I have no need for one or nor would I have a dog that I even considered a risk especially round kids

Been there buddy dogs cost me thousands through the years a marriage house cars relationship ect but I have a good woman now been together 20 years plus she loves the dogs in fact when we first got to together she would get up at 5 in the morning to clean up blue my bull x because she would be after having a do at me cleaning her up but with her she wouldn't make a noise then when she had finished she would call me a cnut and take blue up stairs

The thing is with most lurchers including a lot of bull xs today it's baiting they have more chance of stopping them as I have as of dropping Tyson fury and all it does is add fuel to the antis argument and who really runs gear this time of year even if your dog was able

How times change regarding feeding I can remember waiting for the sheep heads boiling along with wessels and throttles in the yard old lass wouldn't have it cooked in the house because of the smell then letting it cool down so we got the thick white crust and jelly and being sent down the local fish market as a kid a few times a week collecting heads to go through the mincer and all the blood from the bottom of the tray then the old girl saving any kitchen scraps plus any thing deemed unsuitable for humans from the slaughter house we had unlimited supply of green tripe and bunnys -
The one thing you can say is mcs dogs are always in good shape and see plenty of graft a credit to him he just needs to realise a bit of bull will add to his line ?

Yapping can come down to frustration or not enough graft or not winning by that I mean not being given the chance of easy catches yapping won't make your dog catch less she's still a pup let her mature and as a bull x she will want to please so put any run in her favour pick your runs
-
Yes I forgot how good them times were no one bothered you we would be out all day walking any were and every were without a care in the world sometimes going home empty handed just shows how times have changed
-
Today I went out with a old mate and his Russel and young lurcher bitch doing a old disused railway we use to work 40 years ago as kids we got 3 rabbits it wasn't the rabbits took that made my day but the terrier sounding and pushing them out for the lurcher just like the old days short bursts and sometimes not even a run the Russel sounding away in the brash and the youngster standing on tip toes waiting a run took me back years

I have met a few sporting personalities Mark Lawrence a ignorant prick to folk Chris Sutton when rovers won the title another prick lucky he had a few baby sitters round him that night otherwise I'm sure he would of copped a back hander of one of the locals Freddie flintcroft watching a England game just plonked himself on are table wired to the moon but a good laugh and company Ricky Hatton again decent to talk to I once had to pick a pup up from Carlisle the vans drive shaft went so I jumped on the train on the way back got talking to zak dingle he was a interesting bloke been to prison

If your buying land I would make sure you are getting the sporting rights as well

When i see dogs like Wales 123 or that lad that put a clip up of his dogs on the hills them dogs do some miles and seriously graft for there catch were a decent lamp dog will kill 3/4 times more a week but not put the same mileage in its a bit of a double edge sword one runs miles for a kill the other takes 2/3 a night and is a better dispatcher neither could do what each does I would guess it whats suits your needs but a good for dog is just that a good dog

I have had my mates bitch here whilst she's in season a Wheaton/ bull grey she is 5 done more than a lot always run single handed what a pleasure she's been to have about I asked him if he was going to line her is answer no because I couldn't get the homes to do them justice that the breeding deserved so it's pointless
