    I would get a solicitor get your phone and dog back there is no need for the rspca to have them they can only bring a civil case and they have been getting warned for a few years now about pursuing cases I would also get your solicitor to look in to any wrong doing during interview or leading up to it just put a official complaint in with the inspector just to get them thinking don't accept it as it's what happens it doesn't and request to see your dog

    The rspca has no legal power and would of be there on request did you not ask why they were there for possession of a blade it's sounds like the copper may have a conflict of interest what did your solicitor say about it

    On what grounds are they still holding your dog and why was your phone handed over to a rspca as you have been charged with a knife offence in a public place is there a investigation against you busher have you contacted a solicitor yet rspca is a so called animal charity with no legal power you don't need to answer there questions and they can only assist a officer as British transport police asked them to help them to prosecute you over your dog I doubt it because it's not in there interest to do and you have not committed a crime with the dog so they have to hand it back and why didn't

    Surely you will have been read your rights and know exactly what you have been charged with but by feck the cps have been rapid to get you a court date inside 24 hours

    I think there's more to it but ask for your vet to do a report on weight condition ect asap as said contact a solicitor and what does it say on your sheet for the stop or reason for the strip search as was you stopped with a lamp or was it day time

    I never said what suits your needs personally I couldn't give a f**k what you need I'm no expert boss but if a dog is heavy set regardless of diet it will lack the speed of more racier types but like all crosses some have there pluses and minuses and a lot depends on what ground and quarry they run and the lads behind them but if you can show me pure that can do what a good bullx can do I will buy it
