    there are late and early starters in all types of hounds some will never enter or make the grade if you have hunted 3 packs of hounds and every hound has enterd for you,you are one very lucky man well some people wont breed shit, and dont go breeding out of adog or bitch with one season behind them. i found with hunting with english, welsh, fell hounds, blood hounds and the french hounds that the welsh hounds cant be touched for there hunting ability. why do you think they introduced the welsh blood into the english breeding

    we have that problem up here in north yorkshire where there shooting foxses from roads without permission, ive had so many farmers moaning at me that i actually go and shy them to the lamp so now they dont get anywhere near them. i even had them on game estates where the keepers dont even shoot them.

    ive worked with 3 packs of welsh hounds and none are late starters. thats the biggest load of shit ive heard. ive had 6 month old pups hunting while out on walk to farmers. i had one that was hunting afox on my parents farm across open fields.

    took sallly and my dog out in the back field last night and between her and my dog they caught 9 rabbits out of 13 rabbbits. bearing in mind theses rabbits have been lamped 2 or 3 times before so agreat hour for the two dogs. sally done real well running with my dog you would of thought they been doing it all year with each other. one hell of adog on the lamp following the beam where ever it was. cheers arnie for agreat bitch speak to you soon

    went down to arnie today and picked up sally, bullx. what great condition she is in. he looked after her for 2 months untill i can get down to him and pick her up. really nice bloke and doesnt talk shit like some. so abig thanks to you mate and good luck with your new bird at the end of the month.

    to be honest jasper, im acomplete nut when i got anew game for the xbox or ps3, i play them till i get sick of the game or get aheadache off of them. anew game only last me for afew days and then ive completed it or p@@@ed off with it. the only way i can see you controlling him with the computer is limit the amount of games u buy to 1 or 2 amonth. thats what i do and it work for me

    no one can tell you hold old to run your dog some say ayear some will start sooner at 9 months. but at the end of the day you will know when he ready and only you. as for training theres plenty of topics on this website to help you and if you have aproblem tell us on here and someone will know what to do. as your dogs only 3 months he would be aperfect age to start next season while doing the training in the summer months. good luck with him
