I read Google News, listen to the news on the radio, watch the news at Ten etc but have learned to take the headline stories with a pinch of salt so to speak, always try to read between the lines. Like with this story about the two Russian Novichoc (spelling) suspects, of which I have no doubt they did it, but how is it that an investigating company found out the true identities of the two fella's and the government's around the world had no knowledge? Or maybe they did and passed the info on to this company to expose them, who knows !! What news outlets should we be reading and

Cubley Cat There certainly is a big difference between long range plinking and competition but under ideal conditions and the best pellet for your rifle, there's no reason you can't push .177 out to 65-68 yards for hunting imo certainly enough power left for an instant kill, just need to put in the homework .A bi-pod and a rangefinder ideally too! ?

No mate, we felt unsecure walking around Santa Maria as not many people were going about with their business. Lots of people just hanging around doing nothing, "no stress " being very apt. What we did notice was the amount of people with mobile phones but seemingly with no employment, very strange! Went and booked a trip out at Binky's where we had a jaunt around the island in the back of an open pick up. Think Binky is a Welsh lady who married one of the locals and set up home there. Don't know if this place was just for the tourists but I couldn't see the locals frequent the place.

Jimmy, keep your best gun back even if you have to gift it to a good mate to look after until your 100% sure it has to go. Finding another gun that that's as good as you've owned later down the line could take month's to find and you'd be kicking yourself. Obviously I don't know what's knocked you back but stay strong buddy and I hope things all sort themselves out . Look forward to you getting out once again and reading your tales of woe , I'm sure the bunny's won't miss you though ? ATVB
