The indoor range I used was the same, including black powder, electric targets was a real bonus also, send them back and forth as you please. I shoot on my permissions now and enjoy that more, also in the process of joining a clay club now that I’ve got my shotgun bought

? thought you were winding me up there about the 1066 range in Hastings. I just googled it and it’s actually a range.? The MP5 is a great rifle to fire, I just don’t use it anymore, same with the 1911. MP5 Looks and feels like the real thing. Can’t get them anymore and are hard to come by. The price of the MP5 just keeps going up in value. If you know anyone who wants one Meece drop me a PM?

Hi all, does anyone on here shoot on an indoor or outdoor range? Reason I’m asking is that my shooting changed a while back now and I’ve got a few things to sell. H&K MP5 ( not the plastic GSG version ) and a GSG 1911 LBP. Taking it to the RFD to see what he offers for a trade in against a new shotgun. But if anyone is interested drop me a PM?

Well been for a mooch on the new ground with Stavross and Ben the farmer wasn’t wrong. The crop munchers were all over the place and a good chunk of his rape has been demolished. Not a bad start to getting rid of the little feckers tonight. An hour and a bit, knocked over 7. Seriously considering a night vision scope because as per usual a lot of them are spooked as soon as the lamp hits them. The previous person whos been on must have got the feckers rattled so making my/our job harder. Only thing with night vision though is that it take the fun out shooting with

Thanks BN, like you say at the end of the day I’ve been asked, just thought I’d see what others thought. If it was me and I couldn’t make it for a while I’d let the farmer know so he knew I wasn’t just giving up and had a valid reason. Might try my hand at a bit of ratting? it’s all bonus points on the permission ??

Had a mooch around the farm last night, not a bad night knocked another six over. Just as I was packing up Ben the farmer came driving down to meet me and took me to another bit of land he farm shares just down the road, approx 30+ acres. The rabbits have been destroying the rape and the lad the other farmer uses hasn’t been on for months. Needless to say Bens had enough so asked me to sort out the problem and told the other farmer that I’ll be getting rid of them and he was happy for me to do so. Hope this doesn’t cause conflict if the other lad turns up, don’t want to step o

I’d maybe go for a safe that holds more than 3. That’s my personal opinion though. If your anything like most on here you will always end up buying more rifles down the line. Make sure it’s deep enough for your scopes also. My cabinet holds 7 and has an internal lock box. Even though it’s supposed to hold 7 it’s a bit snug for 5. Is there any rifle shooting clubs you can join? The FLO will see you have been trained on handling rifles safely if you are a member of a club. Or like you say try and get out with someone who can vouch you have safe handling techniques in regards to rimfire/cen
