I've been baiting a fox for about a week now. Started leaving a few rabbits and would go back to check and they'd been taken. Set the camera up to catch its coming and going and laying more bait. Checked the camera Saturday and caught it at 20:30 ish, big dog by the look of it. Checked the camera again Monday, Tuesday back again ruffly about the same time. On my way home from work today caught it 4 times between 19:00 and 20:30. Got hold of Stavross and we got to the stables/sheep farm for just before 19:00 tonight. Hope you don't go U, I really enjoy reading your posts and seeing your pictures, like Stav says I tend to go straight to yours first. I'd definitely like to know the Law regarding front loaders. I've been toying with idea of getting a Pard Si. Would you definitely rate them? Need to go and have a look at one to see if I can get away with it, I'm right handed but left eye dominant. Need to make sure it's comfortable.

Nothing really else to add as all the above have covered it. One thing I would say is when it comes to the section on the form about any conviction just be totally honest. I had a few cautions and magistrate visits when I was in my 20s, mainly just petty things but nothing for violence. Wrote everything down to show I wasn't hiding anything. Got my FAC granted with a 308 and mod on it amongst a few other calibres Good luck???

His beans he sowed were getting hammered, when I was having a walk round clearing rabbits he said he'd give me a fiver as he was at his wits end. Definitely an incentive to get at them and a bonus for me Ben?

? Seen him on the way out and a £20 appeared, wouldn't care he never got to hang the crows as they got nabbed by a cat or a fox? he never moved them off the weigh bridge ?? Yeah weather was spot on topped the day off.

Set up on the farm for a bit of pigeon and crow, very few about so the farmer is happy they seemed to have moved. Only a hand full about so packed up. Seen the farmer on the way out and he kindly gave me £20 for the crows I left him the other week, happy days? Had a walk round the other field down the road from the farm and the shotgun goes up and a tree rat bites the dust. This boy had some big nuts on him ? That wait is torture. Glad I'm in the Cleveland constabulary area, got mine back in 4 weeks and that's with a 308 on it. ( don't want to sound like I'm rubbing salt in there Dave) Didn't get charged from the doctors either , can you claim that back Dave? Guess we are very lucky up here

To be honest U, there was a few rabbits about but I left the 22 in the car and just lamped for Stavross. Glad I did saved me drying my rifle out like Stavross had to?

Arrived on Stavs permission and the wind was up but manageable, for a while at least. Stavross put his caller out and we had a scan round with the torch. No sign of any ginger terrorists. Tried again in two more spots but again nothing. The weather finally got the better of us, the wind picked up and the rain felt like being shot in the face with a BB gun. Back home now with a hot cuppa and clothes on the radiator. Don't even think the foxes were mad enough to venture out tonight. Always another night?

Well I don't know who's the craziest Stavross or me agreeing to be his lamp man. I couldn't make last night due to last minute work commitments so said I'd be out tonight. The weather has been OK today and sods law Storm Gareth has just struck the NE. This should be an Interesting nights foxing. This permission of Stavs has its own weather system at the best of times never mind in storm conditions. Wish us luck fellas.
