    good luckwith your project ,a mate of mine had to kits many years ago now ,they were wildest things you would ever see you couldn't do a thing with them let alone handle them ? hope you do better with yours bud atb.

    good point busher but to use a hybred of which I keep myself ,you would not produce a first x ? and I for one would not like lakey ,fell, or god forbid border terrier in the mix for a lurcher ,and you would be right in saying not all kc dogs are earth dogs not even working dogs and id stick my neck out and say 90% aint workers and in truth there aint many hybreds working to ground either ?,anyway I cant fault the line the first x I use or the ones iv used in the past ? and none have lacked any fire at all ? and chap my first x came from digs his kc,s and i have no reason to disbelieve him he b

    you rarely go wrong with first x beddy/greys they so true to type as long as you use the right beddy ?hybreds are the thing for ground work but not for lurcher breeding ?

    had me own mutts over 40years now and not bred a litter since 1986 and doubt I ever will again ? nowt like lurcher pups to bring out every idiot around your home talking shite and wasteing your time ? anyway only use half x beddy/greys so a lot easier to buy in and saves a whole lot of hassel ?

    he reconditions knocker boxes so I sure he will have one mate ? I got 4 but still got a 8ft box in good order I use it [BANNED TEXT] just out for mooch ?got 3 15fts and collars the 8ft collars will work with 15ft box but not the other way round ? got mine for a song [BANNED TEXT] they all started buying them new crappy things ? you cant beat the good old knocker box ? it wernt broke so why did they try and fix it ?

    its always good to a well reared and well fed litter ,they all look little belters all the best with them bud , we have had a couple of lean years our area coney wise and now they started making a comeback we been hit by mixy ,just hope it clears up without causeing to much damage for the comeing season.

    used to have some great sport working the railway batters sunday mornings a lurcher top and bottom , a hob ferret and russel in the middle flushing the bunnies ? good times.

    your right about money ruining bedlingtons, pups constantly being churned out for silly cash ? and a lot even breeding out of pups, example on show winning granitor dog over night wanting silly money stud fee and advertised as worked to ground every weekend if that's true it must be able to dodge punches well without getting knocked up ? another example , type in your after a beddy pup and I bet you will get pm instantly as I say for some its just finance and not about improveing beddys at all ?

    his fell line was good to and threw some handy well built stuff,? must admit some of the above do look ok ,but most border hybreds i have seen are hideous looking things and lets not forget borders can be very late starters ? most now are using the fell out cross so it does say it all really?
