    Am not sure weather am gluten fee tbh mate, just sometimes bread makes me feel bloated and tired. So I knock these up as a healthier option and are great with a ruby and they only take 5 mins to knock up.

    Knocked up some Greek yogurt and gluten free flour flat bread things for freezer . So morning butty , turkey sausages on flat bread with mustard and black coffee .

    Av got 4 cars dodge , a old banger for the dogs, a audi and a van for my business and a transit am converting into a camper. All 4 have roughly gone up a third and I can't get em cheaper and av got full no claims on 2 ov them. And road tax has gone up as well ffs.

    Must admit I have almond milk on cereals, but can't be doing with in a brew, so it's a black coffee or a bullet proof one

    Himalayas ? Awsome . I must admit I chase light weight now as I've dodgy knees. I was pissin about the other week in a 30 litre bag and got a base weight of 3.9 kg for a summer night out excluding food and water , but tent sleep system and cooking set and essentials

    When I say yesterday’s about UL cottage company’s. I picked up a bargain second hand for just over three hundred quid . A Zpacks one person tent , an older model but a bargain and never been used and only weighs 472 grams ! Pretty ultra light in my book .

    He used come in were I was working as he was a shooting man and was a young tear away we got on. He used buy all the deer and hares we caught with the runners. Was funny to him put a red hind carcass on the milk float to drop off at butchers on his round lol. Happy days

    Checkout some of the cottage industries over in the states ect, Zpacks, Hyperlight Mountain Gear and Mountain Laurel Designs are a few of my favourites for light weight gear. Expensive but quality gear.

    That looks awsome that mac and a cracking pic !!! Must admit am considering doing a tandem skydive . The young lad who has the buisness next to mine is up for out. So I said lets maybe do one to raise money for charity probably cancer research or similar. And do it through the joint buisnesses to use customers to raise money. Years ago I did a bunjee jump for charity and loved it.

    Bloody hell I had danner boots 25 yrs ago. I bought them off the milkman, he was into his shooting and didn't fit him right. Was belting boots back then.

    I just have, I bought a few bits of camping stuff from Zpack in states and I spent about £200 And got stung off UPS for £76 ouch ! Am a tight fisted northerner and am still blowing in a plastic bag over it and they got delivered the other day lol.

    Had an early morning hike, went up past harrys hut then to Mill Hill summit then on to kinder scout and did the northern edge . I like this side as it’s a bit quieter

    Funny enough my sister foned yesterday and was talking about this and said I've got to watch it. I probably will , I like him me as a personality and a boxer. I've read quite a few of his books. I bought my sister Paris,s autobiography and she said that Paris is the rock and brains behind them, a very driven woman by all accounts. He actually popped into our buisness years ago with Paris. Funny enough his brother a few weeks ago was working down the road for a few weeks and he came in quite a bit and me and the staff got friendly with him. He had a landscaping buisness , I got talking too him

    Been watching this fella for years, I can't take him seriously but he does make me chuckle and in his older vids he gets out a fair bit and all over the place with minimum kit to be fair.

    If Decca derick earns that , then why at his age would he live in his mum's back bedroom the melt lol. He's a grown man ffs. Apparently he's never worked a proper day in his life going off what all the others say. Personally I think he's a handy lad, but that is were it ends. I think he's a fuktard and am getting less interested in his silly antics. Just my humble take on it.

    Watched a rare little gem ova night called These Final Hours . Old film from 2014 but really enjoyed it. If someone could please put the trailer up that would great thanks TIA . Honestly worth a watch peeps
