All sorted hopefully, we have been fully flooded years ago. But hopefully none will get inn. I just feel sorry for the other little businesses, they have been struggling a bit and don't need this. Am going to message them and offer to go and help clean up later.

Woke up early as usual, had all the happy new year messages and a couple of messages and vids off residents and customers of my business that we have been flooded. So it was sand bags out of garage and extra mops in van. Got to work and not flooded yet but close . The cafe , hairdressers and convenience store all flooded with water coming out the shutters from inside. Well that was a nice start to new year eves day . Can’t see me going for a mooch in this weather anyway lol. Happy new year peeps

Back in the day this little thing would of been a handy tool . Any body got any experience of other models of take downs ? And as far as Brococks are concerned I can only remember them individual little cartridge cases they made were you pumped up the cartridge which looked like a bullet casing then added a pellet to the end of them. Those was years and years ago

I haven’t had an airgun for years. But back in the day always fancied a take down. The air arms s410 tdr was the only one on the market back then I think. I came across these that popped up on social. The Brocock Ranger XR and the Brocock Pathfinder . I can’t believe how small they take down. With stock folded and silencer off , less than 19 inches ! Amazing. Has anyone owned fired or even held one of these ? What was your thoughts? Am just being nosey , it’s a long time since I looked at anything airifle related. Cheers

Wow some serious yardage that ! Fair play to them, them compounds are something else. I was shooting 20 yards practice yesterday on my permissions down the woods with my single string trad bow and no sights and I was happy with my groups .

I'd rather paint my dining room with my eyes shut and boxing gloves on then play golf.....

Yeah I agree. I got a couple of these for a tenner ish off Temu and stuck em in garage and at bottom of garden in kennels. Just in case of emergency. Cheap as chips .

Anyone been out? What’s everyone shooting

It's called Tufty band Mr wilkes. A lad put me onto it, it's decent stuff. -
Bushy it's actually very nice. Try 2 whole eggs and a tin of sardines in tomato sauce , 12 mins in airfryer and a perfect lovely tasting omelette. I just like them with the curried mackerel.

Omelette, tinned curried mackerel and 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites

Nipped out , only ad 3 shots 2 woodys and 1 Maggie, all birds was very high so was pleased dropped a woody. Conditions not ideal , still foggy and drizzle which cut the beam down considerably. But I ad been struggling with my head torch. But ordered 2 new batteries from fenix only £14 each so gave it a new lease of life and plenty of power with 2 batteries with me . What spoiled my mooch was unfortunately I wasn’t the only one out. The fly tippers was as well. Utterly disgusting waste of space they are. Absolutely makes me boiling it does !!! Any way the scout amd 9.5 steels earning there keep -

51 but i believe age is just a number. I am a cup half full type of fella and still feel like I am in my 20,s. My old lamping partner is 53 and lost the plot, lives looks and feels like a 70yr old. As you have probably seen I got into the archery and been climbing up trees swinging out them practicing 3d target shooting. My old mate says ya crazy at your age. No I've still got a life to live, and I intend to live it for as long as I can. I still train and try to keep strong. Yeah I get up and feel the aches and pains and arthritis of old injurys. But you crack on , I try to eat healthy most t
