Lucky for her my daughter has always had a soft spot for her so she had her.I already have a terrier for bushing and ratting so i only wanted her for ground work. The problem i have now is getting another terrier from honest lads because good terrier lads dont let there pups go to total stranges and why would they. This terrier i fetched was supposed to be the dogs bollocks, some of its bloodline was sent to ireland and down south, that good.Seen the parents plus the photos,i fell for it big style. The bloke was as sound as anything,in his sixtys been doing it man and boy.I went up to his place abo

Has anyone else not followed there gut instinct with a dog then regreted it?I have just wasted 2 year on a terrier that at 10-12 month old i had that GUT FEELING that she wasnt going to make it.Her first time to ground she self entered into a lovely one holer about 3-4 foot deep, perfect little starter set. There she was baying away, having a bit of a mix back to baying, lovely i thought.Had a listen and every thing woz going well so we settled down to have a fag and a chat why she worked it a bit.Ten minutes later baying stopped, she latched on we said, brilliant we said, gets the mark were she is

totaly agree, applied for my open ticket at 18 months of having my fac, shot approx 1200 rounds through, got it no probs,on 120acres.my mates got 1500acres,applied for his within a year of him getting his fac, putting about 2000 rounds through, refused him saying he was obviously plinking about rather than pest contol.he had to wait about another year to apply again.12 acres i think youll be lucky but i hope you get it -
Now you say that the rod didnt go through very smoothly, just put it down to being ready for a good clean.Going to take it to gunsmiths today so hopefully i should know. Thanks to everyone who replyed

hello chaps,I hope someone can help shed some light on a problem iam having with my ruger10/22 carbine.Ive owned the gun for 6yrs,bought it used from local gunshop and shot elys through it from the day i bought it.Over the last couple off weeks ive noticed ive missing shots that i shouldnt really be missing,so ive stripped gun down, gave it really good clean and gone out to set up.[should be as simple as that].Now i cant get no grouping at all,NOTHING!!!.Ive swopped the scope of my .223 and tryed that,NOTHING.Swopped the silencer,NOTHING.Even tryed different ammo,NOTHING.As a last resort ive ev

nice looking pup you got there mate.youre going to get alot of different opinions on this, for me patience is a must at this age.dont be led down that road of "youve got a nuttal dog, tough, hard, can kill anything"bull shit.many a good dog beens ruined by bad training and entering at young age.dont let your self get wrapped up in hype of having a "nuttal dog".ive been there myself when i first started out some 25 years ago, entering dogs to early, getting rid when they didnt make the grade etc etc.just remember youve got the dog for a lifetime hopefully and a bit of time, patience and care will pay
