    Ive had a couple of fleeces & bits an pieces out of aldi thats stood the test of time to be fair A friend of mine who i train with bought himself a pair of aldi trainers ages ago,just out of curiosity and hes still running and that in them now?and hes not one of these who will train and then not train again for months

    I think Fury has taken some decent shots in his career,he dealt with a few big'uns from Wlad, and of course we've seen Cunningham put Fury down,more of a flash knockdown though more than anything, caught with a shot he didnt see coming,which has put lesser men out of the fight,read into that what you will I think the Wilder fight was very interesting,he was down and down badly but not out of it,I mean the last Knockdown he came back at wilder like he had had a freshen up!     Agree in the difference between raw power in joshua and joyce,and with the gym lifts and his joints etc,its an injury ive actually seen in many people over the years,f****d joints in big lumps who have worked up to whatever size they are,their natural base and joint strength just gives out on them I was a bit vague i suppose at first ill try and explain a bit better, obviously there is genetic differences that when compared you can say man A.)     Because size & strength has nothing to do with holding a shot , hence the old saying "you cant put muscle on the chin" You can do certain exercises to help,like tyson with his neck excercises, and obviously stronger base youve got in your legs will help,but its all futile tell the truth, its like trying to teach "heart" , you cant,youve either got it or you havent, same with being able to take a shot,you either can or you cant

    I think bellew can be ok to listen to on certain outlets,where he can be a bit more how he really feels,but sometimes he can be a bit aggravating on the big shows,and biased, but i agree he has good insight & enthusiasm, i like bellew,a rough old boy who made the most of his career,and gave usyk a much better fight than joshua

    Chisora certainly tried to rough usyk up and make it his fight,so i wouldlnt disagree with you there 100%,it means nothing to me to see silly bits of fights,fair play for being in shape & all that but i cant get excited about knock over jobs,its not sport I also have to respect joshua for his words after the fights,no excuses and bs,admits he was beaten,unlike "heavy suit" wilder

    Yes,Whyte is one of those where if he outmatched with pure talent he will try and chuck all but the kitchen sink at you,doesnt try and box if it isnt happening he will try and have a fight with you,thats what makes him an exciting watch Yeah i do credit him definitely,im one of those who would rather see a fighter lose in an actual legitimate fight than these that are padding records out and knocking people over left right & centre, but training camp & tactics on the night seemed to be really amiss on the night Be interesting to see whats next

    No youre bang on mate ,you train your fighters to their strenghts,thats why a trainer who trains a certain style or tries to train his boxers with that style never churns out as much winners as the trainer who can see what way to go about a certain fighter,

    That corner,for this time out with usyk and for ruiz was terrible,they definitely have a lot to answer for,youve covered all the main points so to that i will just add it was not a world class corner,in a fight like that a fighter should expect ,and deserves far better It was all a bit lost at sea,winging it

    Yeah he defintely is a better man for the amateur set up than he is for the pros it seems,i rate him & like his demeanor and how he goes about things but you make a point there about the flow of a fight etc that ive totally overlooked to be honest Yeah that shouting to aj started to grate on me a bit,no joshua is a different fighter these days and for the worse, what he is trying to do currently takes away from where his actual strengths lie

    Cant fault that post,and its why i wonder what McCracken must be thinking,who clearly isnt silly, why's he not training him to his strengths,or point blank telling him in the corner you need to go to work,this isnt working! Joshuas also got this angel chap in his camp hasnt he?     Only good thing about the shopping centre was the indian takeaway that was there,hes since moved round the corner though & still knocking out decent curries?     Lakesides still better than most of the local town centres,but not place it once was Ol pipps hills (bas vegas?) been done right up,i mean theres a mulligans crazy golf,the picturehouse has had a touch up,theres even a kervan restaurant there now which isnt too bad at all ? The barge inn near the pitsea wmc is due to turn into a mosque i hear ?

    Diaz had no business in the cage,at least Lawler looked in shape,looked game Diaz looked a shell of himself,and it was obvious from the opener he would rather be elsewhere First time in a while ive seen the UFC entertain anything stupid like that,they're usually spot on with their fights & matchmaking

    Yeah,joshua never once tried to close the gap,smother usyks work,he didnt even look like it registered with him his plan wasnt working... youve got to try and smother a mans work if hes playing about with you, but usyk makes that so much harder than it sounds

    Actually trying to be a boxer takes away from him what his strengths are? it doesnt work for him I really do rate Rob McCracken,i think hes been great for the team gb set up,but whatever was he at last night in that corner? Barely even a plan a never mind a plan b
