That's the last of the big 70s legends gone True end of an era, and a great fighter, RIP big George Colin Hart, boxing reporter has passed away aswell.

I think jnr will beat Benn and I hope he does too Can't stand Benn at all to be honest, and his opinion of his underwhelming career is just pure delusion, he thinks he is unreal bit he hasn't and won't amount to anything memorable IMHO, he's exciting to watch on a surface level, but he's nothing like his father and his 'power' seems to have dropped dramatically since the eggs s**t.

Cor the fella reckons then most mens physiques were pathetic, I wonder what he'd make of the physiques today There wasn't one fat man sitting in that pub and they all looked reasonably well, having that discussion in a boozer today would look like casting for an addams movie Interesting how lots of people didn't understand or see the point of weights back then, just didn't get it, it's still like that today in a lot of ways, if you mainly lift weights people go oh but you couldlnt do this, or it won't help you do that... what if you're training for a 180kg squat, or a 160kg bench p

I finished A Thousand Blows, decent little watch and looking forward to series 2 I agree it's not quite as accurate as they put it across, I think they was all based on real people but the people never set eyes on each other before in real life, there's a site called grappling with history, All about old prizefighting and wrestling in London, and there's a few articles on there about the real people. Stephen Graham is quality but that was definitely a moody accent Just watching the spider man of Paris now on Netflix, about a fella who pulled off a huge art burglary in

The basis of my training is push ups, pull ups, dips and squats, both bodyweight and weighted, all your standard lifts like deadlift ,bench, Squat, ohp , with a few isolation exercises mixed in Burpees aswell are always in the mix for me and stuff for mobility I like circuits aswell, hiit circuits, but haven't been doing them much at all lately, doing one Saturday though, mainly been on the weights and burpees and LISS cardio like incline walking and the bike

Keyshawn Davis vs Denis berinchyk tonight in the states Should be a good fight, two good fighters, I fancy davis to beat berinchyk who I don't think will go easily at all
-
Yes got an attempt murder charge didn't he, beat a man with a hammer.
-
I can't either and I've had a little look about since and still haven't found anybody Very naive indeed, what a stupid move when his career was looking promising.
-
Morrell is gonna give a good account of himself tonight and get stopped late. Anyone catch the dazn card last night? Was a cracker to be fair, all fights matched evenly ,Repton boy Sains was in a great little fight, as was leli buttigieg, great learning fights going forward No one learns a thing going in there with knock over Jobs Boxing on bbc iplayer this evening aswel

Would love too, Ive watched plenty of videos, vlogs and docs on the himalayas, and any of the big ranges really Just something about the mountains for me Come back from a trip up the mountains and its cleared your head for weeks.
-
You won't beat the mountains They've stood there without a care in the world long before we got here and they'll stand there long After we've gone Love snowdon, scafell and nevis ,would love to get out into the dolomites or somewhere at some stage.

Can't make it out mate, can you remember another boxer in history testing positive for Tren? Off the top of my head I can't, such an strange choice
-
I think Dubois on his last showing is a nightmare for anybody, you wouldlnt be wrong in thinking Parker with his movement could keep on his toes and box his way to a win,but one thing about Dubois last time out I felt the most impressed about was his movement, how nimble he looked and genuinely bouncing fit, I think Parker could well nick a few rounds but I think Dubois would likely get to him in the end He shouldn't be overlooking Parker though
-
Dennis mccann testing positive for tren is unreal Nigh on impossible to explain away tren use, and definitely can't try and cry contamination Also such an odd choice of PED for a boxer in that weight category.
-
Joke it hasn't happened already. Bit of a show up really. It'll come off though at some stage I would say, still a big money fight. Fury wins.
-
Yeah this was a cracker on a Wednesday Nyika very game, got some great shots off, but opetaia just too much in the end for him No shame in nyika losing to the better man when in fairness it was too much too soon for him, he he Will come again, but yeah that was a proper scrap that. Berenchyk vs keyshawn Davis has been made aswell, that's a decent fight that is.
-
Yeah, something to smile about today that was. It's a shame this sort of stuff is actually quite rare in jail, out of all the wrong uns over the years only a few have been done or given a proper hiding. Even when they are done it's likely by another out and out wrong un like themselves anyway, very small % someone half sensible has managed to get to them as all visits/movements/gym is separate and it's a far cry from the old days where screws would slip wrong uns onto a normal wing.

Yes I do remember seeing the book a few year back, good watch wasn't it. I reckon I'll give the book a pop.
-
Billy Moores channel is a decent watch at times Always gets in some sort of do doesn't He. Any of yous read his book, might give it a whirl over the Christmas

Usyk won for me, it was a close fight but anything other than an Usyk win is wrong, Tyson landed some heavy work that people who don't really follow boxing would take note of, but all the clean and point scoring work came from Usyk, he was there every step of the way with an answer. I rate Tyson highly, followed him his whole career and he's a brilliant boxer but he was a beat man again, Usyk just took him apart with angles and footwork and counters and he finished every round bar a couple strong, Fury tried to use his weight and again Usyk wasn't having a bean of it. I think Fury turned

William zepeda and tevin farmer are having a decent scrap on the billam-smith-zurdo card at the minute.

Yeah Jones and Aspinall should fight next And I'll agree it doesn't look like Jones is keen on having anything to do with him But that's just one fight out of hundreds, admittedly there is probably more in the MMA world that people who know the ins and outs of it would be able to pull me up on, but in general I would say the fights that should be happening in MMA happen with far more frequency than they do in boxing, and I'm a boxing man.
