    Go one better mines never even had a collar on @jigsaw ? when out lamping she walks to heel until I freeze with the lamp and give her command and she’s down the beam. I like working her with the gun too. I’ve never seen the problems that @vinmentioned but my dogs HAVE to have manners around others and socialisation at a young age sorts that out. She is the most loyal thing I’ve ever owned and is not interested in anything other than me and hunting which is fine ?

    Anybody use this? I can’t get it to work it just freezes on this page and won’t do anything. I can’t log on to the website and I know I’m registered because I’ve had nearly a thousand emails confirming my user name ? I’ve emailed the support and not heard anything back.

    Her sire was a Collie x Kelpie wouldn’t have a clue about her size I only measure my animals by what they achieve in the field ?

    I've never owned or seen anything else that comes near to my bitch when it comes to rabbiting however I know she is my "dog of a lifetime" I'm likely going to spend the rest of my life trying to get somewhere near what she is. I'd never put here anywhere near a fox it's not the done thing in my profession ?

    You speak to anybody that shoots rifles regularly in South Somerset and they will have a tale of an animal that has received veterinary treatment. One of my friends shot a deer with a pinned leg and another shot five foxes in the same field that looked quite suspicious as he is mad keen on lamping so wouldn’t expect to see that number on his land one of them had been shaved and stitched. Seems crazy to spend all that money and resources and then just turf them out to get shot that night. Strangely enough that area has also been an Otter stronghold for at least fifteen years.

    I wouldn’t usually start that early ferreting but I’ve had someone approach me in July with a decent bit of land. I couldn’t use the .22LR because the bury’s are around their tenants houses so I promised them I would return in September to ferret that patch and then I will lamp the rest of the estate when the weather is right.

    Vaccinating a buck rabbit will only keep that specimen safe, it won’t have any impact on any of it’s offspring that isn’t how vaccines work. The good thing that the rabbit has going for it is it’s ability to reproduce very quickly so through natural selection it won’t take long (in evolutionary terms) until there are rabbits with a natural immunity until the next disease hits them. Many pet rabbits are vaccinated against Myxi and RVHD I might guess that a lot that die of RVHD may just be put down to a natural death as pm’s aren’t cheap so I doubt people have many done.

    Dear old thing no longer with us, she was a good bitch and put a lot of gear away but I would never want to own another like her. Very selective hearing ? we had lots of good times together and quite a few stressful ones too ???

    There was certainly no signs to point to it being legitimate. I went there and wasn't convinced it was real ?
