  8. The dog is only around a year old and hasn't seen much at all, I know many people would do things differently and in many ways they would be right and I would normally totally agree, however in my case its more the breed that I want in the pups and coupled with the fact that my bitch is almost 6, that's why I've chose to use him now.
  9. After almost a year of planning my bitch is almost ready to stand. She's a wheaten whippet greyhound, rough haired, fawn and white and stands at only 21tts, she's a live to hand bitch day and night, she is also a much loved family companion. She's very steady and trained on and off the lead, intact most times I'm on my bike and she's at

  13. Hi to all. This is the only site I'm on and this is the first time ive done anything like this. Not even got Facebook so apologies if I do come across like a real novice. I've owned and worked many lurchers in my 35 years and was introduced to it all by my uncles and 1 or 2 of their friends. I also do a bit of pike and carp fishing as well. I've got 2 lurchers that are both family pets and good workers, both wheaten crosses dog and bitch. Bitch is wheaten whippet greyhound and rough haired and dog is 1st cross wheaten greyhound also rough haired.
