  1. Decided to set up a target at 100yds this evening before bunny bashing, first time I've ever shot at this distance did it for fun, hw100 In .177 (2")target, couldn't see where my pellets were hitting but I had a big mud pile behind it so could see where pellets were landing, according to chairgun I had to use 7.5mildot holdover guess it wasn't enough but it was good fun..i shot 11 pellets at 100yds because the first three I used at 40yds for checking my zero..
  2. Another one bites the dust
  3. My office for the next two hours... ?
  4. YouTube... No thanks I'm not photogenic ? ?, something to think about tho, similar to the nitesite without the screen.
  5. Does look like there's a lot of fiddling especially if mounted on a sub12 air rifle, photon looks a bit more user friendly...
  6. Thx for the Info guys, I already have a hw100 in .177, also have a bsa r10se in .25 cal sub 12 which I'm thinking of Selling the bsa and getting another hw100 maybe in .22/.177, sounds daft but I'm after a dedicated daytime setup and a nighttime set up to, at the moment I use the nitesite rtek viper, but not 100% keen on the screen so again maybe get rid and get the photon rt,
  7. Thinking of putting one on my sub 12 hw100, get it set-up so I can leave the rangefinder at home and use the sidewheel for ranging and not have to use hold-under/hold-over anymore.. Thanks for the reply... ?
  8. May sound a bit silly this but would the hw100 in .22 be as accurate and smooth as the .177....
  9. Stuff the chocolate I,ll be eating that while waiting for the squirrels ? ?

  16. Last couple of hours before dark went for a mooch around the perm, seen a few about but not in range, but managed this one after a 25yd crawl on all fours, got to 40yds and my knees had given up so a 40yarder it was...
  17. Hi peeps, looking to purchase a small knife to take with me in the field, don't want anything flashy or expensive, in a sheath with its own sharpening stone I can attach to a belt, I've seen a fair few magpies on the perm the last few times I've been and would,nt mind trying dead bugsy as bait for them and the Mrs would,nt want me taking the steak knives out ☺... Thankyou
  18. And drab colour clothing, greeny/brown, camo, hat, face veil, mask, gloves to hide skin, long sleeve t-shirt this weather, people have their own opinions on what works and what does,nt, anything that does,nt make you stand out and doesn't rustle everytime you move..
