  1. No, just a line to get him going.
  2. Be honest, how many attempts did the group photo take?
  3. BASC for me, it's a bit more than other insurance but I don't mind as I feel that they are open about expenditure and are a general force for good.

  5. I don't post much but I love reading about people going out ferreting. A beautiful day, landscape, and bag alike. Well done!
  6. Hatsan escort! 3” magnum steel proofed! 28'' Barrel, 14'' Trigger pull. Your choice of 5+1 or add the extension barrel for an 8+1. Comes with 4 chokes, ¼, ½ Full and CYL. ( I think). It's not the sort with the stupid trigger release. It's the perfect pigeon shooting gun, I should know, as I used it mostly for pigeon shooting! Cycles most ammo without issues, a bit fussy with anything sub 28g but purely depends on brand. It's got a few dings and dents, but nothing that makes it look tatty, but you won't be taking it on any driven days at anyrate!. £200, collection only Genuine reason f
  7. BRNO 581 Semi automatic. 4 (Yes, 4!) BRNO 581 8 shot mags. Parker hale moderator. Some 150-200 .22lr rounds (mostly eley) 85+ CCI mini-mag 22lr HP. Some random Chinese air rifle that fires in the ft/oz's rather than the ft/lbs. Reason for sale and price. Simply put the BRNO is having issues with it's cycling. I believe it's because the way it holds the magazines needs tightening so It misloads rounds. This is fixable, I had discussions with gunsmiths previously but at this point I don't have the time to get it sorted, and I need this lot gone! The rifle itself has a few minor dents, b

  10. wait, you used those god awful dental floss thick Bisley nylon nets for 15 years!? You really are a trooper, I'd of left my nets in the brambles and given up years ago if that was me.

  12. We got heavy patches of it around me locally, much more than we saw the previous year.
  13. Cor look at that, lovely and flat with a bit of grass. You need to get yourself down my end, we'll fix you up with a nice bramble filled ditch.
  14. I used to ferret a sheep field, and there was two 3 hole warrens right in the middle. I used to always chuck the ferrets down there so they knew what was going on (it was also great for introducing new ferrets). I'd ferret around that field once a week for at least two months and I remember once being surprised when nothing bolted, because I'd got used to it always giving me at least two rabbits. I reckon it was because it was a really handy escape for rabbits being chased by foxes, or they'd wander out during the night and take refuge in there or something.
  15. Cheap .410 to be bought as a kids first gun, rather the stock was unmolested and fired at least 2.5'' cartridges. Also because of the cheap price I'd rather do Face-to-face in the Norfolk/Suffolk area. Many thanks, Andrew
