  1. You need a kife, a spatula and some everyday food! Sounds a right crank to me!
  2. Before i ask the boys in blue, can anyone here tell me if its possible to do a swap on my FAC and how awkward it is. Im licensed for a 22lr and a .223 , both open. The 22lr for small vermin, .223 for fox. Im not using my .223 as much as i thought i would, but am thinking that a .17hmr would give me longer range for the rabbits, as im shooting loads of rabbits, plus half the foxes ive shot have been with the 22lr anyway. Can i request a swap ,223 for a .17? is it possible for them to do this? cheers
  3. Yes mate, its great sport and great fun! Cheers
  4. If it existed it would have been shot by now. It makes too much of a good pub/red top story to go away. who would shoot it as i only know one person that has big cats on his firearms and that aint in this country. the shit will hit the fan id imagine if one was shot?? I might be, and probably are totally wrong but on my open FAC it states in clause 7 that i can use my rifles for d.) the shooting of animals for the protection of other animals or humans. I know if i was in a field and if i came across a panther looking at me and licking its lips i would shoot first, then argue legal

What should i look out for, what kind should i get and how big. I would prefer to get one smallish so it can fit in the back of my van but will get a trailer at a push. is there a good website / place that sells them cheapish? Any info is good info, cheers!
  12. Wow, ive been into falconry for a long time now and have never known a bird regularly eat them. Ive had harrises, gosses and reds and none would do much more than toy with them. Maybe owls are different? cheers trappa
  13. The birds dont bother with them, ferrets dont bother most of the time even! they will play with them for a bit then leave them. They are horrible tasting and basically weasels catch them, and foxes and badgers will take them from traps, thats about it. I catch hundreds of moles too but dont do anything with them.
  14. Good luck trapperman! I would love to do what your doing. Maybe in the future.
