  1. Anyone got any Mark 1 8ft locator collar's that they no longer use after moving on to the Mark 3 set up's ???? Got a couple of boxes, just need extra collar's
  2. The dog look's fit and healthy.... But imho I would of said an extra pound on the dog wouldn't go amiss
  3. Why do some people hold the dog's Feckin tail up ????
  4. Bloody hell Moll that young pup ain't half shooting up....
  5. Some good pic's there SJM, have you invested in a new camera ???? How's that pup out of Ollie coming along ???
  6. I'd have to agree with what Neal said re: people having 1/2 crosses and then going onto 3/4 bred's to get more pace, but in doing so losing to much of the collie attribute's that they liked in the 1/2 bred dog. Seen some "very" racey 3/4 bred's over the year's, even owned one myself many moon's ago that threw so racey I could of ran her at the local flapping track no problem. 9 out of 10 half bred dog's will have more than enough pace for rabbit's, daytime or lamped
  7. Yeah me and my lad watched it..... We were chuckling all the way through it. Good laugh when they had a go with the funny floor sweeper (hoover) One of them touched the off button on it and said "I think I've killed it" ...LOL Should be good next week, on a council estate in Manchester, where they go clubbing

    Should make

Was watching the Greyhound racing on Sky last night, TV Trophy from Yarmouth. When in between races they showed an interview of the owner's of the decent staying bitch Roxholme Girl and a litter of pup's that they have got off her by Westmead Hawk. Not really clued up on the breeding side of greyhound's (just stick a few shilling's on them) but they should make half decent pup's....... Shouldn't they ???? Anyone else got any opinion's on them ???
  21. Mars.... Cracking looking litter there mate... I like the Black Un the best...LOL
  22. My collie cross bitch, 8 1/2 year's old now but still managing to pick the odd rabbit up for me...

Moley.... Alway's use the quick set type mate, well I say alway's just usually use them mostly while out ferreting during the winter month's, only used them at night an handfull of times. But when this patch of land cropped up was the perfect oppurtunity to have another bash.... After saying that... I like to see a well set net by using the tradional way, didn't you put a pic up a few week's ago of such a way ????

Was asked to try and clear a few rabbit's for some one the other day, so last night had a crack at them with the longnet's. Never really that dark at this time of the year, but with a bit of wind blowing gave it a go.... Managed to get a few...
