Just had it in my local gun shop he says it's all firing as it should and sighted it up. it's firing out just under 10. Not a clue what that means tho.

A mate had a lurcher and Spaniel stolen last week,we are on the Appleby route and its become something of a factor in dog thefts around this area,around this time,far to often to be less than coincidental. I'm off to Appleby tomorrow for the week get some pictures up of the dogs pal I'll keep my eyes open for them

Before it goes any further I'm not no anti or a day dreamer. I put it up to share my first experience on the shovel to a dog and to get some tips that will help me in the future but I already no where it's going with this post.

With it been my 1st dig I was clueless didn't have a clue about anything. I could have been there all night long but I still would have stayed until the dog was found just wish I would have not handed the dog back. So any advice would be great lads

Gets a text message last night from a lad that works on the farm next to my horses field. 2 lads down by your fence line digging like mad. So I went to see what's going on to find there had a jrt down a hole and them 2 f**kers was pissed up. So goes to car gets a few digging tools and starts digging, about 1 hour later finally gets through to the dog no fox or anything in site. Gives the dog back to the owner for him to hit it and say stupid thing can't catch nothing then walk off. Leaving me to fill the hole back in. I would never leave any dog down a hole but wish I didn't replied back to

I don't really do air rifles but old bloke next door as given me a westlake air rifle. I know it's a cheap model but how do I age it as he can't remember how old it is but he reckons it's old. It just says westlake above the trigger where the scope goes.
