  6. 2 weeks later dumped a frozen beaver in with chickens feet and other body parts as bait. Nothing wired up the beaver to a structure and pulled the trap to the side. 2 days those fckrs ate at the beaver. Stuck the trap back over the beaver............... nothing

  8. Mine turned out alright 4hrs approx in the oven i cant taste the liquid smoke and i put 1/2tbsp in, this is probably due to the korean bbq sauce being rather strong but otherwise its a good chew

  10. Been in the oven now hour an half looking and smelling really nice to be fair i am pretty excited about this batch
  11. Just gave mine a stir around might stick it in the oven later i do like the smell of this korean sauce
  12. to be fair nope i tend to use crappy pieces of meat for jerky but there is lots i know who use moose,elk,deer,bear. moose meat hasnt really got that much flavour and i only use goose as i have bags of it
  13. Yeah its pretty damn potent just waiting for the meat to defrost
  14. The jerky i made the other day my lad ate the lot so now for a different batch. Managed to grab a bottle of liquid smoke and to be fair its rather damn smokey going to put a teaspoon in with some of the bbq sauce
