  1. Hi Lee How have you found it works for distances ? cheers
  2. Very nice dog ! whats the breeding ? have you any pics from 3 to 4 months ?
  3. you only need a guide on big game in canada not small game. Probably not the best idea to hunt big game out there, without a guide anyway, without knowing the country, or the animals, could turn out bad quickly. regarding hunting with family ,I can only speak of BC where i lived which allowed hunting with close family members ie brother, uncle, nephew ,father, son, NOT cousins and they have to have a hunting license. I had my Dad come out to hunt black bear with me. A couple of times.
  4. Dan unfortunately you will need a guide in canada also on big game unless your a resident .I used to live in canada so i never needed a guide.
  5. your a non resident alien(foreigner) if you were from the lower 48 you would be a non resident alaska has a reputation for outfitters using spotters to find game, and then directing the guide to areas. (not very sporting)/ Canada is likely a better bet with more chance of fair chase. best of luck Dan
  6. Good luck with your tracker mate. hope it works out Be interested in how it works in the coming months The reviews are older maybe there improved now Atb Dan

  10. im not sure if the pva will do much. I read that it stops the ends drying quicker, than the rest of the stick stopping splitting at the ends ! time will tell i suppose . theres a good video on youtube of a guy heat bending the sticks with a wallpaper stripper ,worked really well .he piped it to some 6" round ducting, and put the sticks in the ducting with the steam and then he straightened them easily. Dan
  11. Thanks Jok i coated the cut ends with pva and left long for any splitting Dan
