    run them 2 times a week every day 3 to 5 miles max and a rest now and then would be a good start

    i do as i work nights and wife wors 2 day a week not in winter as they getting run i start them n treadmill july aug time ready for stubbles dont over do it build them up slowly slowy

    its your dog its intirely up to you mate each to there own i.v got a 11 month old thats i dont do a great deal with bit of doubled up with an 8 year old firstx in feb jan etc a kiled a few each and a few single handed but like i said horses for courses but at least i can be assued now packed away and know my buddyxtess bitch will not just catch in stubbles but right through to winter when it counts most
