No worries, I know what you are saying but the trend Keeps repeating itself, come autumn they have died off anyway. If I thought a small number were overwintering I would leave off.

They’re few and far between here, small pockets dotted about, I’m sure they’ll recover given time, I’ve increased my summer snaring because the good numbers I’m seeing during summer are gone come winter
